Jancy has over 10 year's experience in the Chartered Accountant environment and has a strong farming background after growing up on her parent’s dairy farm.
Jancy is the PKF Xero Champion and Vend Advisor. She has hands on experience of many Xero apps including Futrli, Figured, Fergus, Workflow Max and a variety of payroll add-ons.
Jancy’s passion is helping new businesses achieve success with the right processes, structure and advice.
Jancy, her husband, and their young family moved from Dargaville to Kerikeri in 2015 and are living on a lifestyle block in Waipapa.
In her spare time Jancy enjoys spending time with her family, walking, baking, and handcrafts.

Krystal joined the PKF team when she finished High School. She started in the administration team and during this time completed a Bachelor of Nursing with honours. She then decided to pursue an accounting career and is currently studying towards her degree. Her strengths include helping start-up companies and training customers to manage their own accounting software. She has developed a strong rapport with our clients and also manages the marketing at PKF. Krystal is working towards being fluent in Te Reo and one of her favourite sayings is ‘honour the person you are, exactly as you are’. She loves spending time with her family and friends, especially her young family and their dog Rustee.
Leanne is the first person you’ll talk to or see when you visit our office. She is a skilled multi-tasker managing company, trust and tax administration.
Before joining the PKF team in 1998, Leanne had extensive experience in the Whangarei District Council and as a Legal Secretary.
She lives in Whangarei on a lifestyle block with her partner and family.
When not chauffeuring her teenage twin girls to horse events, netball and swimming, Leanne enjoys a game of badminton, swimming and chilling out with her family.
Kyle joined the PKF Kerikeri team in early 2022. Prior to this he had been working for the NZ Police managing the cellblock at the Kaikohe District Courthouse. Through this very challenging role he developed many skills including communication and problem solving under pressure.
Originally from Dargaville, Kyle was the Managing Director of his successful family painting and decorating business before moving to Kerikeri in 2015. He was responsible for all aspects of the company from quoting and invoicing, managing the team and other contractors on site through to invoicing, accounts and debt collection.
In his spare time Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his young family, hunting and starting projects at home, but not necessarily finishing them.
